Member benefits are provided at no additional charge beyond the insurance premium and disclosed fees you pay. Internally, we may use part of our brokerage income to fund the member benefits offering, which is delivered by ARX Rural Member Benefits Limited (trading as ARX Rural).

Members get access to ARX Rural’s risk team for practical, real-world help to reduce incidents, improve resilience and support a strong risk presentation to insurers. Support includes advice by phone and, where appropriate, on-site visits across areas such as property and estates, events, fire, security, cyber and contractor management.

The Research Service helps members identify and access relevant funding opportunities, including grants. We combine specialist software with in-house expertise to find opportunities that match your circumstances and to support you through the application process. Collections Management supports the protection, care and long-term planning of cultural heritage assets, including art, antiques and historic objects. Support can cover valuation and insurance considerations, conservation and restoration, collections strategy (including buying and selling), storage and transport, and planning for succession and public access.

If something needs specialist input or a quicker turnaround, we will be clear about what is possible and, where appropriate, connect you with a Partner Member.
