Ritchie Sherret is a founder of ARX and the driving force behind bringing the business to fruition. He pulled together the proposition, structured the delivery model, and secured the partnerships required to launch a credible alternative for heritage and rural property insurance. Ritchie also identified and recruited Calum Crichton to lead ARX, ensuring the business combined specialist market expertise with pace and execution. Going forward, Ritchie will support the leadership team as a trusted guide, focusing on long-term strategic projects and the continued development of ARX.
He has successfully built and sold two previous broking businesses as well as one of Scotland’s very successful wealth management practices. Aside from insurance and wealth management,
Ritchie has held directorships in the TV Production world and also the Angel Investment sector where he spent a considerable amount of time in New York City successfully raising funds for Scottish businesses seeking to expand into North America.
