Hector supports ARX Rural’s broking team as an Account Handler, working closely with producing brokers to strengthen relationships and ensure the efficient delivery of services to members and partners. He also leads the development of AI-driven systems across the business, helping to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.

He has a strong analytical and academic background, having graduated from the University of York with a Bachelor’s degree in Law before completing a Master’s degree in Corporate Law at the University of Edinburgh. Hector has also completed the first stage of professional accounting examinations and spent time at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst. His combination of legal, financial and technological expertise enables him to contribute across both the broking and operational functions of the business.
