Calum leads the ARX group of companies and was instrumental in building a solution designed to restore fairness in the insurance market for castles, stately homes and historic houses. He was influential in pulling together the initial notes of interest and shaping the proposition into a structure that works for potential members, from distribution strategy through to the reinsurance arrangements that support a new insurer.

He guides the team and supports delivery for partner brokers and members, working closely with stakeholders to keep the business aligned, disciplined, and sustainable.

Earlier in his career, Calum held senior commercial leadership roles. He graduated from the University of Dundee with an LLB in English Law.
